What is Matrescence Coaching?

Matrescence coaching focuses on supporting the journey from woman to mother. EVERYTHING changes when we become a mother. We will never be who we used to be and we are figuring out the new person we are becoming. Matrescence lasts for a lifetime, again and again we are asked to evolve and transform.

 

Understanding matrescence, helps YOU know NOTHING is wrong with you, NO ONE has it all together, you do NOT need to do more or be more, you do NOT need to lose yourself in motherhood.

 

Together we will explore your fears, expectations, roles, self talk, core beliefs, and the woman you used to be. Our conversations may also lead to discussions around your own mother and/or the mother wound

 

As a matrescence coach, my job is to hold space, deeply listen, remind you of your own strength, hold you accountable, witness you grow, release what no longer serves you and watch as you meet and love yourself.

 

Matrescence coaching is for any mama whether newly pregnant or 10 years down the road, whether its your first baby or third. We continuously shift and grow at each stage of motherhood.
