Service Description

A deep dive to explore the areas of motherhood you are currently struggling with. We will explore together what is occurring, why you feel this way and establish a plan for you to come out a better version of you. Matrescence coaching focuses on supporting the journey from woman to mother. EVERYTHING changes when we become a mother. We will never be who we used to be and we haven’t yet figured out the new person we are becoming. Together we will explore your fears, expectations, roles, self talk, core beliefs, your own mother, the mother wound and the woman you used to be. Three month coaching package 1 hour sessions every 2 weeks Total 6 sessions You can choose to pay in full or 3 monthly payments $80/session Monthly $160 Total $480
