One hour call to explore an area of motherhood you are struggling with. We will explore what is occurring, why you feel this way, and come up with a plan to move forward as a better version of you. Many mamas are surprised what arises in these sessions. This is usually just the beginning of a transformation process. You will end our session feeling empowered and ready to take action. My job is to hold space for you, remind you of your strengths, and guide you to see who you truly are.
