Postpartum is such a sacred time that deserves to be protected, you deserve a restful and supportive time to bond with your baby and heal. Planning for this period, we can prepare for the scenarios that will arise during this time and have a plan to deal with them. In our call together we will explore your needs and your values. We will go over your worries and expectations regarding your postpartum period. From there we will come up with a plan that best suit your needs, wants and desire for a supportive, peaceful and empowering postpartum period. Early postpartum is such a sacred time and space of becoming a family that needs to be protected. In our culture we are taught to just jump right back into the life we had before but that isn't possible because everything is different. We need to rest and care for ourselves during this massive change. Our bodies need the space to heal and integrate into our new role. I want you to be successful in your transition.
