The first 40 days, the 4th trimester, is a sacred time for deep rest, restoration, transformation & healing. In the western society we have grown away from community leading to moms feeling alone, isolated & overwhelmed. We are taught to jump back into our life but everything has changed. I'm here to help create a supportive, peaceful and empowering postpartum period. A postpartum doula provides mother centered care. Some of the care offered: nourishing meals prepared in your home, emotional & mental support, birth processing, lactation/feeding support, newborn care, rest, light household care, building warmth and healing through bodywork. As a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, you get the benefit of evidence based care & medical knowledge/evaluation. I can help guide you on the best course of action if anything arises. I have training in postpartum depletion & can offer guidance on how to limit depletion. I am a certified matrescence based coach, transitioning from woman to mother is massive and I can guide you through the process. You deserve a healing, safe, empowered postpartum period. I am honored to work with you during this precious time. Packages include all care listed above, one hour pre-planning call, access to personally curated contact list and postpartum resources, text/email support from time of booking through first 40 days. Investment: 10 hours: $475 13 hours: $615 16 hours: $755 19 hours: $895 25 hours $1175 31 hours $1455 $200 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking, remaining balance to be paid by 37 weeks of pregnancy.
