Postpartum depletion evaluation and planning for any time after giving birth. We can be depleted for years after having a baby, this can help any mom to improve how they are feeling. Postpartum depletion is a cluster of symptoms that affect all areas of a mothers life after birth. In western society, our symptoms are labeled baby blues and "postpartum" referring to depression. Mama what you're going through is real and normal, but it is life altering. You are not crazy, you are going through a HUGE shift. Our babies take a lot of nutrients from us leaving us depleted. It takes mothers years to recover after one birth. Before our call together you will get a questionnaire to gauge how you are feeling and symptoms you may have. We will do a deep dive into how you are feeling, talk about any symptoms arising for you and what they could mean, we will come up with a realistic plan to help you feel better. I can provide resources if additional help is needed (lactation support, chiropractors, pelvic floor specialists, therapy, etc) Following our call you will be sent a personalized plan.
